This is the second and final strike for Kabloom Oak Park. The first strike was when I ordered 18 roses for my wife's birthday and they only sent her 12 and charged me for 18. Their solution to that error was to tell me, "come back again and I'll make it up to you." Of course, the guy who sold me that bill of goods summarily quit and I couldn't collect on that promise. Strike two happened on Valentine's Day when I ordered a dozen roses that hadn't come to our house by 7:00 pm. Yes, I know it is a busy day, but for $87, the roses better get there when I specified - before 3.
