He was excellent. We would highly recommend him. Everything is done as promised and promptly.
I went out and got a quote on just buying the windows because they had to be custom made because they were not normal size. For me just to buy the window was 100 bucks. They installed the window, with the window for 100 bucks. They have special relationships with these vendors. It was actually the same price to have them do it than for me to have them custom made and do it myself. They also put a window in my TV room. Again, it was an odd size because I have an older house and I got a quote from Menards and Home Depot. Just the window itself, the cheapest one I could find was 700 bucks. They put it in for me, including the window it was 300 bucks. It is double pane and it's a great window. I don't know how they do it or where they get their windows from, but it is a great window so I'm not complaining.
Typically, their work day starts at 8 or 8:30. So, I told them look, they asked how early they could come around and I said, how early can you get here? We start at 6 in the morning so I said 6 is fine with me. So what happens is when they do that work for me, they start early so they get an extra job in that day. And then before they leave that day, I pay them. They don't have to invoice me. Work is done that day, I pay cash, they get an extra job that day. We have a good rapport. They have never asked me for money upfront. The only thing that people might be uncomfortable with is he's Polish so his English isn't perfect, so that might be, some might be uncomfortable with that.

My experience with Mr. Vito is very positive. He cleaned and fixed cracked in my gutter. Also he replaced one of my downspout. We had a few pretty heavy rains in past few weeks and my gutter is no longer leaking.

We needed our gutters cleaned and I had contacted him through email on angie's list. He called back on Monday and was over to do the work on 6/9/2010. He went right to work. Best $85.00 I've spent. He pointed out that we were missing a downspout and needed a chimney cap installed. He came back the next day and did that work as well and that was $120.00. I have asked him to bid on some additional exterior work and look forward to working with him again.

I had a great experience with Handy Vito. They were quick to return my call and provided a quote via email. They responded to questions quickly and noted an open slot later in the week to do the work. Their price was almost half of other estimates so I went ahead and hired them. They were a bit late getting to the site but completed the work much faster than originally anticipated. The work is neat and I'm told I can call anytime if subsequent problems arise. Given the problems, I asked if I needed leaf guards and the response was no - just clean the gutters annually. I was pleased they did not try to sell me something that wouldn't really help. I will use them again for any gutter work and will consider them for other projects as well.

Went great. They spent a day and a half to finish it right (there was a day in between). We had rain in the late afternoon on the first day, so when they came back for the half day a day later, they checked and reapplied caulk on the windows to ensure it was sufficient/water proof and would dry sufficiently. They volunteered this and I'm glad they brought it to my attention and remedied it. Everything went smoothly. They were very courteous and friendly. They cleaned up the work site well. No complaints!

They did a good a job. It was very reasonable. We got bids from 3 and they were the lowest by quite a bit. Price is for 12 foot section of gutter.
