THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB, AND CHARGED A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THEY OFFERED TO RETURN AND REDO THE JOB FOR FREE IF ANY STAINS REAPPEARED IN THE CARPETING. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED THEM AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
