Consumers Supply was excellent throughout our remodel.  Their prices were fair and their service was great.

I highly recommend them. I just went over there and they gave me wonderful suggestions and gave me honest opinions on what is good and what is not. They have very good prices. The person there showed me the different models and he told me what materials would be good. Pretty much all the things in the showroom were good quality. He had better prices than a lot of the other stores and his stuff was the higher end. It is all good brand. He was very knowledgeable with every brand and every material that were there. He did not try to upsell me. They do have delivery but we were close and we had our contractors doing all the work so some of the heavier stuff they just picked up. I got the garbage disposal and the faucet but the other stuff were picked up by the contractors. I think the delivery was pretty reasonable too. I would use them again in the future.

He's outstanding, great prices, easy to work with and great attention to detail.  I like the prices and the responsiveness.  He carries great products, he's willing to work with you, he's helpful and all those good things. I'll absolutely use him in the future.

I worked with Bill Laing and Joe Milianta, who were both great. I had done research ahead of time on the bathroom stuff, so I pretty much knew what I wanted; Joe was very helpful in working with me to choose a kitchen faucet. Both Bill and Joe were wonderful at follow-up - checking in with me to confirm expected delivery as well as calling me to confirm some details. Materials arrived earlier than expected, and there was no issue with the contractor picking them up at Consumer's warehouse. All materials arrived without any defects / quality issues. I'd highly recommend working with Consumers and will definitely use them again.

Our bathroom remodeler recommended this store. I liked that they had a huge selection to choose from. They were helpful and made sure the tub arrived when it needed to. It was easy to do business with them.

Many choices, much more expensive than big box outlets, but better quality. Purchase went without a hitch.

While the setting is not fancy, the service is great. I was very impressed by how well Bill and Joe knew their products. And, when we had to delay delivery a bit, Consumers Supply kept track of the order, calling us. We discovered one item was missing from the order, we had added to the original order, creating a revised sheet. Consumers followed up immediately. They were great to deal with. The only negative is the "tail-gate" delivery and off-loading on the street when you live in a high-rise. NOTE: Nothing has yet been installed.

I worked with Joe and he was excellent. He gave me suggestions on what to buy, he knew the product line very well and he designed my kitchen cabinets and library in the family area.
