He is very responsive. His guys do great work. They are really good. We redid our whole backyard. We put in a patio and we had to move flowerbeds and I wanted to save bushes. They were great. They were amenable with what they do. I think he is wonderful and I really like him a lot. I have gotten to know him a little bit over the years. He is always very helpful in doing whatever I needed done. As I have gotten older, I am less able to do some of the stuff myself and so his guys do stuff for me that I used to do myself.
