+ -1 morePro: All work completed per proposal. Contractor returned touch-up work I felt was not complete. Con: Color and texture not perfect, particularly noticeable when concrete is drying after rainfall.
Description of Work: Stairway 1: 4 stairs and landing, Stairway 2: 10 stairs and landing. Remove existing concrete & wood stairs and railings. Replace all stairs with new concrete stairs. Match concrete color and brush texture. Haul away debris and clean up.
