Anita's House Cleaning Service

didn't know how to use the vacuum apparently. overheated our $800 vaccuum by not changing the bag. poor english language comprehension. difficult top communicate expectations with most of the cleaners that rotate through for the 2 months that we've had them so far. workers complain about how little they actually they get paid by the company. company fires anyone who tries to get jobs/work outside of Anna's. probably going to get rid of this service and pick another.

She is now being contracted by several of my friends and relatives for service every other week. They are fast and honest, they can enter our homes without us being home which is a big advantage. They do a good job. They are flexible in regards to the times they will come each or every other week. They are honest and they do a really nice job cleaning. They will listen to what we request, if you want something in particular done, a detailed work done they will do it. Their prices are reasonable and they are always available by phone. You can tell them when to be there and they are very professional. They come do their job, say hello and that's about it.

Anita is careful, pays attention to detail and cleans my house better than any other service I have ever used. She shows up on time, and is quiet and courteous. My house hasn't ever been this clean! I would highly recommend her to anybody in the Chicago metro area!
