WARD DOOR SPECIALISTS

Horrible experience. Do NOT use them. Ordered two fiberglass doors, very expensive. Both doors are inferior quality. One door has expanded and nearly wrench my arm every time I try to open it. Other door also has expanded, continuously hits inner railing, scraping paint and had leaking issues. Ward Door came out 7 times after install to fix leaking. Each time they made it worse. They stopped answering my calls once they got their money. Eventually had to find someone else to fix it. I'm sorry I ever replaced my doors and even sorrier I used Ward Door.

The project went very well. It took the better part of two days to install the door, et al, after a wait of about two months from contract signing to completion. (Those needing a custom-made door should expect a long wait. Ours was not too long, given the complexity.) Dan Sindelar did careful preparation of the plans, and consulted with us regularly. Jesse Orozco did a very professional job of installation, with attention to detail. The door looks beautiful.

WHAT A SHAME, THIS COMPANY SELLS GREAT PRODUCTS BUT REALLY DROPS THE BALL WHEN IT COMES TO INSTALLING THEM. I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN. I WAS WILLING TO PAY MORE FOR THEIR DOOR BECAUSE THEY HAD EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND THEY SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL. AFTER WAITING 7 WEEKS FOR MY DOOR, THEY HAD TO MAKE 4-5 TRIPS BEFORE THE DOOR WAS COMPLETELY INSTALLED WHICH WAS OVER 4 WEEKS LATER. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN LONGER IF I DIDN'T PRESSURE THEM. SOME OF MY KEYS DON'T WORK WELL WITH THE LOCKS. I PAID A LOT OF MONEY TO BE HAVING THESE TROUBLES.
