Sales meeting was very comfortable. Randy checked all areas of concern and included all items discussed. Randy was easy to reach each time I called. Very responsive. Crew was on time, easy to work with each day. All items discussed were completed. The work was very well done. House looks new again. The Techs showed great pride in their detailing, clean up and final walk inspection.

We are highly pleased with the work and results. The job required extensive time and labor. Rhino Shield of Chiagoland provided much attention to detail and exceeded our expectations on all aspects of the work. Our home is twenty-two years old, and the soffits and fascia look brand new! Miguel, the foreman, was very courteous and totally committed to ensuring excellent results.

My husband and I researched the product (It's not paint--- it's Rhinoshield!) and felt that the higher cost would be justified if the product was as advertised. The sales person we originally met with was very good, but when we finally scheduled the work, he was no longer with the company because he had moved out of state. We were a bit concerned, but we began talking directly with Arvis, who is very knowledgeable, reassuring, and also responsive to our concerns. We scheduled the work for the end of July 2016 through the first week of August. The weather was particularly hot and humid with periods of rain. Andrew and Dennis began preparing the house for application while we worked with Roman and Pawel to finalize colors. (Picking the colors, especially when you want a radical change, is probably the most difficult part.) Despite the weather, Andrew and Dennis worked at a fast pace to prep the house for Pawel to apply the primer and then the colors. Very detail-intensive work. Roman did some small carpentry repairs. Pawel did a masterful job applying the actual colors. It is a fascinating process. Of course, there were minor issues with some plants and a bit of overspray, but Pawel (and Arvis) responded immediately and corrected them. Should any other issues arise, we are confident that Rhino shield of Chicagoland will respond in a timely and professional manner. We are finishing this review now due to unrelated personal problems, but we are still extremely happy with our purchase as of 12-25-16. Bottom line, we have 25 years of warranty backing this product and we really love the way it looks. All the neighbors love it, too! You can hire this company without hesitation.

Excellent, they were courteous and efficient.

The two painters did an excellent job and were accommodating to all my requests.

Although hampered by bad weather, they worked hard to accomplish everything. They masked what didn't need paint and then remasked to paint other areas, sometimes additional times when rain took it down! The neighbors loved it.

Extremely well. Could have better prepared us on how the project would flow. A few glitches but all in all EXCELLENT. Several friends who had worked in the home painting business also stated that the attention to detail was AWESOME.

Thomas and Richard our crew were prompt, careful and hard working. Our house looks beautiful and will not have to be repainted any time soon. Worth the price, we feel.

Tomas and Ryszard were always on time. Tomas advised me of everything that needed repair and found an issue with the roof which was outside of their responsibilities.

They have not followed up. I had a problem and they kept promising they'll send somebody out. They have not sent anybody out yet. One year after it was painted, I noticed there were some bubbles and they were supposed to send somebody out to check it out and make corrections. They made a couple of promises but nobody ever showed up. There were some areas that they were supposed to sand which they didn't sand. I wouldn't use them again because they haven't responded to my first complaint. They promised it would be a lifetime warranty and they haven't responded yet to my complaints.

From the sales rep to the owners and workers I found them knowledgable and courteous. All our questions were answered. The cost may at first seem a bit high, but when you get a quality job and a FULL 25 year guaranty the cost is actually reasonable. Everything was power washed, taped, masked and base coated. The coating was then applied. It was beautiful !!! My only issues had to do with the workers clean up and a couple small items. I called Tom, one of the owners and he took care of the problem that day and everything after that was more than I could expect. A company and product that I will recommend to anyone who wants a great job, beautiful LASTING results. As budget permits we may have the entire house done next year because the trim is SO beautiful. It makes the house look fresh and new.

Coated the house with primer and Rhino Shield Ceramic paint. While doing the painting sone damage was done to the aliminum window sills (from a ladder). The damage was corrected.The coating is bubbling where some of the siding was replaced. They are to come out in the spring to correct this and recoat the west side of the house. (Bubbling is caused by moisture in the new siding.)Have been recommending them to our friends! |Thanks Rhino Shield! |We also noticed that the house is warmer during this winter. The coating does have an R value.

The guys where on time, friendly,and worked non-stop other than for lunch . They were very patient with us, while we decided our color choices.
