I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed. My home is very old and so none of the windows, floors, door openings, walls, etc, are a standard size, straight or level. Therefore these tasks required creativity, experience and knowledge which Karl certainly demonstrated. Karl also presented creative, money-saving ideas on how to perform repairs which were an improvement on what I had requested. For example, he used a plastic wood compound to repair window sills instead replacing the sills which would have been a much larger job. Additionally Karl provided some very helpful advice regarding paint color selection and general maintenance. Karl got everything done when he said he would and his price was reasonable. I will hire Karl again and would recommend him enthusiastically.
