NICE BUYING EXPERIENCE, THEY BEAT THE COMPETITION'S PRICE BY OFFERING FREE DELIVERY, BUT ONLY ON REQUEST. IT TOOK ABOUT 3 MONTHS TO GET THE FREE DELIVERY THROUGH A REBATE CHECK. IT WAS STILL WORTH IT. DELIVERY WAS PROMPT.

THE WASHER WAS DELIVERED ON THE DAY PROMISED, THOUGH EVERYTHING WAS A LITTLE EARLIER THAN WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE. WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD CALL AFTER 8:00 AM THE DAY OF DELIVERY TO LET US KNOW IF THEY'D BE THERE IN THE AM OR PM. THEY CALLED AT 7:00 AM. WE WERE TOLD THEY'D DELIVER AFTER 12:30 PM. THE DELIVERY MEN CALLED JUST BEFORE NOON TO SAY THAT THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY.

IT TOOK A WEEK AND A HALF FROM OUR INITIAL VISIT ON SATURDAY TO INSTALLATION. THE INSTALLER CAME OUT ON MONDAY TO MEASURE BEFORE THE OVEN WAS ORDERED AND THE OVEN WAS INSTALLED THE NEXT MONDAY. THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY. THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

WE NEEDED HELP ON ONE OF THE APPLIANCES AND THEY DIDN'T TELL US WE WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE MANUFACTURER. WHEN DID CALL FOR SERVICE IT WAS LIKE THEY WOULD GET TO US WHENEVER LIKE. WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT THERE THE WHOLE AFTERNOON.

IT WAS A WHIRLPOOL WASHER UNDER WARRANTY AND IT WAS FIXED UNDER THE WARRANTY. IT WAS VERY WELL HANDLED.
