Patrick Lally

Mr. Lally represented the sellers in a transaction where I was the buyer. I witnessed first-hand his communication and process management with my agent. He was rude, condescending and ultimately seemed like he had only one negotiating tool - my way or the highway. Specifically, he was unresponsive through the offer negotiation process, uncooperative with scheduling and conducting inspections and his clients did not honor the terms of the contract. He singlehandedly reduced buyer trust and demonstrated through repeated actions that many things were being cosmetically masked or superficially addressed on the cheap. Neither would I use Mr. Lally nor would I consider purchasing any property represented by him.
