When I arrived at temple the flowers were wilted. I called to let them know after the event and got a litany of complaints about the temple staff - and the weather was blamed as well as the temperature in the sanctuary which she indicated was too cold. She was not willing to fix the situation or offer a refund of any kind. She also may have hung up on me when I said that I would not be able to work with her again - I called back and she said it was not a hang-up.
