We had several other similar condo units both in our builiding and in the neighborhood for sale, and ours was the first to sell since we listed. We also got the highest selling price for our number of bedrooms in the building in the last nine months. She was enthusiatic and attracted both realtors and potential buyers to come through our condo. She used innovative marketing ideas to get more people in the door, and was very helpful with suggestions for our showings.
