I had called three companies and chose him because of the price. He lowered the price because we were not needing a complete inspection, and charged us on an hourly rate. He had a lot of knowledge and shared that with us as first time home buyers. We ended up not buying the property because of his findings and feel we saved ourselves hundreds of thousands of dollars and headaches.
