I am glad I did that because they are worth more and now I have to add that to my insurance policy. They did a great job for me. They charge per piece that they appraise. I have been a client for thirty years and some of the pieces that they reappraised were the ones that they designed for me. Unlike a lot of them, they are very honest, straightforward, and professional and do a very thorough job in appraising jewelry. I am pleased with the pricing and they are very competitive with other jewelers in the area. Their appraisals take a while to read because they are so thorough. They do good follow-up too.

Was sent to Hartmann Jewelers as a recommendation from a friend. She was right. They are nice people. Very honest and do what they say. I had a ring design in mind. They did a drawing, made a wax cast and then made the ring to my specifications. It is beautiful and I am very happy with my selection of ring design and jewelers. I hope everyone goes to Hartmann Jewelers when they are looking for jewelry.

I went in with my grandmother's antique ring. I wasn't sure if the stones were diamonds or not. I also wanted to know if the stones were secure in the setting. The lady that helped me was very informative and asked the jeweler questions that she didn't have the answer to. She cleaned it, and when I asked her how much to pay, she said that they clean rings for free. The shop was very clean, organized, and the staff is very welcoming and helpful.
