I honestly think that the prior grade of C, while not great, is TOO generous for this company! I don't even know where to begin. Let me just get to the point: very difficult to get a hold of Rick. Days would go by without a return call/email, always with some lame excuse; prices on the high end, especially for hardware. They significantly mark it up. Some of my perfectly good (high-end) pre-existing equipment they were not happy to incorporate (though I forced them); shoddy work. Wall and hardwood floor damage during installation. Speaker holes not cut to fit; lied. Initial estimate claimed certain things which they could not deliver despite seeing the space and having full specs. TV's could not be installed as promised, etc. Also, extra equipment was necessary, but not put in initial estimate (cooling system, rack, etc.); multiple trips needed for correct install/programming. SO much more to say, but the gist is -- STEER CLEAR!

While all the wiring works fine, I wasn't too happy with the placement of the ceiling speakers. Instead of being behind us, they are beside us, so you don't get the full effect. The company was also slow to respond to a couple of small issues. While the work was ok, I wouldn't use them again.
