Absolutely perfect!  Beautiful door...fits securely with no water leaks.  Totally professional sales rep and installer.  I would highly recommend them.  I purchased the door through Home Depot in Geneva, IL which offers the Euroview shower doors. Totally satisfied.

I contacted Home Depot installation services to get an estimate for installing glass shower doors in our recently remodeled bathroom.  The sales agent, Barry, who represented the Home Depot contractor, Heights Glass, came out to our house at the appointed time, took measurements, and quoted a price for Euroview frameless glass doors, based upon our needs and his recommendations.  His price was several hundred dollars less than another quote that we obtained from a contractor to whom we were referred by our bathroom remodeling contractor, and we were quoted a more deluxe enclosure: taller and with a protective glass coating.
We scheduled the installation, and the two installers phoned to give us their estimated arrival time one hour in advance.  They worked very quickly and professionally, were polite, and explained in detail how to maintain the glass in the enclosure.  My wife and I are quite satisfied with the outcome and would recommend Home Depot for this type of work.

Overall it was great.  I was very pleased.  They did exactly what they said they were going to do.  They were on time.  They were done according to the time that they had said.  I didn’t have any concerns.  I just thought that the guy I had talked to was very knowledgeable.  His name is Neil Bauer and I think he’s the sales person who comes out and measures, and goes through the different options that you can choose from the curios and design and so forth.  He was very responsive.  We had several back and forth phone calls while I was debating what to do.  They definitely had the best price and I was pleased with how responsive they were.  I called them out of the blue and I told them my problem because I was shopping for a shower base trying to decide about how to go about it.  They were very informative about how these things are manufactured and what the standard heights are.  I got good education from him about what my options were.  I continued to research and then I decided to go for the custom made ones.  He was very helpful in the whole process even when I was shopping.  He would call back and spend fifteen minutes on the phone with me.  So I learnt a lot from him and because he was so responsive, I went back first to him to get a quote.  They were comparable to other things and good in their service.  They were not low priced.  I will use their services again in the future.

JANE FROM HEIGHTS GLASS & MIRROR CALLED TO ARRANGE FOR A TIME TO OBTAIN MEASUREMENTS AND AGAIN TO INSTALL THE DOOR. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. ALTHOUGH SHE COULDN'T COMMIT TO A SPECIFIC TIME, SHE DID GIVE ME A 4-HOUR WINDOW AND HAD HER INSTALLERS CALL AN HOUR BEFORE. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN HOME DEPOT AND HEIGHTS GLASS & MIRROR WAS GOOD. THE INSTALLATION TOOK 45 MINUTES AND LOOKS GOOD. I WOULD USE HEIGHTS GLASS & MIRROR (AND HOME DEPOT) AGAIN.
