Extraordinarily well!  Bob, Chris and the Steinhebel crew did a beautiful job removing the 600 lb (?) granite wheel from its original location (including backfilling and sodding) and enlarging the brick area (with no-longer-available wall bricks from another area of our backyard) for positioning of the Aquabasin on which the granite was placed.  The end result with a river rock overlay and both electrical and irrigation zone access is perfect!  Bob is simply the best!

I will give them 5 stars. They are a superior installer. They are professional installer of concrete pavers - hardscaping and associated landscaping. They just attack a job. They have 20 or 30 guys come out here and just rush the job. They complete the job. They attack it and get it done in short order. They do not cut any corners. They do everything professionally and the way it needs to be done. If I throw a bunch of marbles on my patio they would find their way to the drain there. It's tapered beautifully. Everything is just professionally installed. I am very proud of it. They are not the low price, low cost provider. They are high, high quality.

We had a very positive experience with this company. I learned of the company after stoping to ask a neighbor about a block away who did their landscaping since I would admire it while walking our dog. This company doesn't seem to advertise, and gets their business though word of mouth. The owner came out to talk to us about what we wanted. We told him we were also looking at other landscaping companies and already had another plan we were looking at but wanted another opinion/plan to select from. He had his landscape architect come out and put together a plan for us. They really got what we wanted. We told them casual but nice and they nailed it. It was MUCH better than the other plan that we had gotten from another nursery. We then asked for a bunch of references as there were no Angies List reviews or really any other reviews we could find online for them. We learned they do a ton of work in the Elmhurst and Oakbrook areas. On many high end homes. We drove around to look at some of their projects and even stopped to talk to a couple of the homeowners about their experiences. It was going to be a HUGE investment for us, so we wanted to be sure that we selected wisely. All 2 of the homeowners we spoke to raved about them. Everyone had the same thing to say, they are not cheap, but they are top quality and their serivce is amazing. After hearing the rave reviews we decided to move forward with them. In 1 and a half days they had our yard transformed. Our neighbors were in awe on how fast they moved. They come in with an army of people, get the job done and move on to the next job instead of having a few of their guys working on multiple jobs at once. They did have to come back to lay the sod, but that was fine since we were in an extremely hot time of the year and I was happy to put off watering it for a bit. They cut limestone to make a path and a patio area around our fire pit. Then they put in a simple seat wall. The size of the plants were amazing. They other nursery we were looking at would have planted plants half of the size. They put in a 8-9 ft. pine tree and other 6-7 foot bushes. It doesn't look like new landscaping. It looks like it has been that way for years. Quality all the way. The only minus, was the price, but in our eyes, it was a case of "you get what you pay for." We were very happy with them and would 100% recommend them to others.
