We used Morgan for several projects based on a local recommendation.  Our first was a terrible leak in our dining room ceiling - he responded quickly, identified the problem (bad flashing on roof), and gave us a very competitive quote.  He completed the work quickly and both he and his team were very respectful of our home.  He was also very friendly and easy to communicate with.  As a result of this excellent work, we called him again when we needed to replace all the gutters on our house.  Again, he gave us a very competitive quote, and while he did not do the work himself, he was on site and very communicative during the process, and we were very satisfied with the result.

We used Morgan because he was a local contractor and we heard he did good work.  His word of mouth reputation was on target. He was helpful in the planning stages, letting us know what we could do up front to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.  He always let us know his schedule and was careful not to inconvenience us.  He was able to accommodate plan changes or ideas that evolved as the project progressed.  He anticipated potential problems with our "creative" ideas and helped us to find answers to achieve the end product.  He was always professional and patient, putting up with kids home for summer break. His clean up after a days work was wonderful; he respected that we were still living in the bedroom adjacent to where he was working.  He was gracious when we asked him to look at a couple of other issues not related to the bathroom. The finished bathroom we have now is beautiful and the work he put into it was of a high quality. 

Morgan came over listened to my description of needs, inspected the property and provided the quote the next day.  About a week later, he came over on schedule with a licensed electrician and his team.  They confirmed my needs and when I got home from work that afternoon, everything was installed perfectly.  There was a bunch of moving around of things in their way - I could not even tell anything had been moved.  Seamless.
