I had the prep work done by another company and the city of Wheeling would not approve it because of their specifications. D & S Construction was referred to me by my contractor and did an excellent job. They understood the requirements by the city and put in the appropriate base. They recommended a better curve to the front walkway. The final results look great. I am very pleased with their work and would hire them again.
