+ -1 moreI had the prep work done by another company and the city of Wheeling would not approve it because of their specifications. D & S Construction was referred to me by my contractor and did an excellent job. They understood the requirements by the city and put in the appropriate base. They recommended a better curve to the front walkway. The final results look great. I am very pleased with their work and would hire them again.
Description of Work: I hired this company because of a previous contractor's work that was not accepted by the city of Wheeling. So D & S Construction had to step in and redo some of the prep work and then do the pouring. The price is somewhat low because they did not have to do all of the digging and fill in. They put in a new front porch, front walkway and replaced a back patio.
