Where to begin? Unprofessionalism via bad communication, disorganization & false promises. Inadequacy by negligence. Ineptitude by poor craftsmanship. - Paid him 50% down and an extra $1,000 and received less than half of the work complete (plenty of which needs to be repaired as the quality was extremely poor) - Less-than-half of the work was “completed” in 2.5 weeks when “3 to 4 days of work” was what we were initially told - Many promised work days that resulted in “no-shows” with no explanation given - Damage done at site - Discord amongst employees and “he said/she said” back channel communication - Bad communication including: raising voice to customer, not answering calls or texts, not reaching out when absent from scheduled work day, full voicemail box) - Ignored addressed inconsistencies/concerns with the work-to-date I wouldn’t recommend this “company” to anyone and would, in fact, highly advise anyone looking for work done to NOT go with them.
