Very well! Don, the owner, was easy to work with, start to finish. His workers, Ken & Jose did a wonderful job, very professional! Don even had them do a little something extra for me, no charge! Started as promised and finished ahead of schedule. On time every day and worked all day. A very pleasant experience! I would highly recommend them!

The work was done pretty much on time with a minimum of disruption

The bathrooms look fine, but some of the refinishing wasn't as good. At first they were really responsive about the need to redo the tub again, which was streaking and had some lines in it. The owner himself came out to refinish it a second time. However, we still wanted some more work done, and now they have not been responsive.

Their customer service was great. The business is a family run and owned. Their prices were good. I have dealt with Mike Williams and his dad is the guy who started the business and he came in. Everybody did a fantastic job. They were very upfront with everything. If they get all the materials it's like a 40% up-charge because they ensure all the materials. That's an option for me. I didn't have to do it, I could have just ordered it myself and they would put in, but I would take the risk. They are very timely and kept in touch. They did a fantastic job and did a very quick job. They were quick and thorough. I talked to 20 different companies before picking them. So, I know that their prices were competitive. They do regular plumbing and whatever I need. So, as far as I am concerned I will use them until they are no longer in business.

Michael, the representative from Bathcrest, arrived on time and was very professional and honest.  He told us to have the
drain replaced rather than try to have it repaired.  The drain had rusted through in spots from age and poor water in the village where the house was.  Other companies told us they could repair it.  We did not think repairing was the best solution.
Their quote was not the lowest however, we thought they were the best company to go with.
Ryan, the man who refinished the tub arrived on time.  He was also very professional.  He did the job very efficiently and within the time limit we were told.  He left the area as clean as when he arrived.

Overall, they did a good job. The only thing was there was a crack on one of the bathtubs they installed and they have to come back to fix it. They are good at refinishing jobs. They said they would take a weeks time but they ended up taking about two or three weeks.

Very quick response. Fair price. Excellent service. Would definitely use them again.

Took less than a full date to complete. He was very professional, friendly and we are very happy with the results. I was working from home and he was courteous and kept the noise down so I could talk on the phone and work in another room. Would highly recommend to others.

Technician arrived on time. Very professional. Took precautions to minimize tracking into the house, since it was snowing. Odor minimal, took steps necessary to exhaust fumes. Work completed in less than half a day.

They were very prompt with getting here to bid the job and installing the liner as well. The job was done very professional and the finished product looks great! There is an excellent warranty policy as well.

Mike called to let me know he was on his way the morning he was to start the work on my shower. He had performed all work in a professional manner. The job took 2 1/2 days to complete which I was well aware of before they started the project. When Mike was finished with the job he left my bathroom in a clean manner as though he had never been in there working. I am completely satisfied with the finished project and would definitely use this company again or refer them to anyone that asks.

Excellent. The job was finished in two hours. It looks fine and has never been a problem.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND EVEN COMPLETED THE JOB EARLY. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GREAT.

I REQUESTED THE JOB TO BE DONE A SECOND TIME BECAUSE YOU COULD SEE A LOT OF BUMPS IN THE FINISH FROM DIRT. AFTER A SECOND TIME THE FINISH WAS NOT ANY BETTER.

AS MENTIONED ABOVE, THE REFINISHER CAME OUT AND PROFESSIONALY PERFORMED THE WORK REQUESTED. WE ALSO HAD A FOLLOW-UP SERVICE CALL TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE--CAULKING BETWEEN THE TUB AND TILE. AM PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

HE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO CHECK OUT MY CLEANING PRODUCTS I HAD ON HAND AND RECOMMEND ONE FOR THE TUB SO IT WOULD NOT SCRATCH THE NEW SURFACE. THE WORK ONLY TOOK HALF A DAY (COMPARED TO SOME COMPANIES NEEDING TWO DAYS). I OPTED TO DO THE CAULKING AROUND THE TUB MYSELF ( SAVED $20). THE TOTAL COST WAS VERY REASONABLE AND WELL WITHIN THE RANGE OF OTHER QUOTES I HAD RECEIVED.
