TOOK LONGER TO GET TO THE JOB THAN EXPECTED. COST WAS SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN THE ESTIMATE AND HE TRIED TO QUOTE BACK A DIFFERENT ESTIMATE AT THE END. WERE VERY PROMPT WITH RETURNING PHONE CALLS THOUGH.
