Bommarito Infiniti

I recently purchased a vehicle.  Our vehicle stopped running so they picked it up with a robot which we really appreciated.  They took it up to St. Louis.  They had it for a week trying to diagnose it and finally figured out what it was.  They gave us a vehicle to drive the whole period of time which we appreciated.  We picked the vehicle up at the end of the week and we haven’t had a problem since.  I'm not too happy that the vehicle broke down but that happens.  The main thing is that it gets taken care off.  The service manager's name is Jeff and he was great to work with.  They didn’t charge us a dime for our last service.  That's the first problem we had and I do my own oil changes as well as tire rotations.  We don't have an Infiniti dealer in Springfield, Illinois where I live so I didn't do a lot of shopping around.  We really like the service person we worked with and this is the second Infiniti we purchase from that dealership.  I think the price was fair.  I can't say it was great but I really don't know for sure to be honest.
