Juan was great to work with. He listened carefully to everything I wanted and yet he offered suggestions that helped my ideas work and look better... I felt like we were a team. He was very friendly and courteous and was always punctual. I received a detailed proposal very soon after the he reviewed the job. I plan to hire Zapata Construction again for my other bathroom and kitchen rehab.

Excellent service and professionalism. As promised on the contract in estimation and time. More so, Mr. Zapata was very accommodating to our schedule convenience. Above all, Mr. Zapata and his crew were considerate to my property. I will definitely ask him for another project.

Juan has worked on my house on various projects including a complete kitchen remodel and complete master bath remodel, replacement of a stairwell with oak stairs, and significant rewiring for a home theater. Tasks included tearing down walls, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and planning. In all cases Juan's team was attentive, courteous, and very clean. They cleaned (garbage, dusting, vacuuming) at the end of every day. They raised issues early (very important given my lack of experience) and finished on time and within budget for each project. Highly recommended.
