Excellent!!! This is the 2nd time I have used Winova to replace windows and I couldn't be happier. This is a small company and the owner does the estimating and the work. All work was done over 2 days by the owner. His attention to detail is excellent and obviously takes pride in the work he does. He removed all the windows, repaired areas that sustained rot, inserted windows all in one day. He came back the next day and completed the job with insulation, trim and caulking. My family was amazed at how perfect everything turned out. He was the lowest bid. It was a seamless process and absolutely no hassles. He even replaced a strip of facia that had been ripped out by the wind. He has done basement windows here too and again has done a superior job. If only everyone I have hired had his work ethic.

We looked at 6 different vendors before choosing Winnova.  First, Aldous the sales person comes to the home.  He was one of two vendors that actually honored our time (less than 1 hour) and had a calming personality.  He didn't have to spend hours showing off a window, simply showed us our options, measured, and quoted the next day.  It took about a month and a week for all windows to arrive at their office.  They were ready to schedule the same week they arrived.  But, we had to make them wait, because of our jobs.  I want to say after looking at six different windows, they all start to look the same.  I had five quotes between 12,000 and 15,500 for the same quality windows.  Winnova is a manufacturer as well as installer.  No high pressure sales either.
To my surprise, Aldous is also an installer.  It is worth its weight in gold for the sales person to be an installer.  It lessens mistakes, and, they can clearly explain what they have to do.  My home has wood around front facing windows.  One set has a large header board, and some are butted to J-Channels aluminum in the back.  This vendor performed well with all three scenarios.  He only brought one other installer with him, lessening finger pointing and mistakes.  They were efficient, and moved quickly.  They also honored my suggestions as to which windows I wanted done first because I was working at home around meetings, and have animals that I needed to move before they make windows holes throughout my home.  And, they were open to a change I wanted made to the inside of the windows on how they frame them.
It was a three day job, and I went out to lunch everyday they were here.  Very trustworthy without supervision.
If I had it to do over, one quote and on my way.  This was simply a great experience and will use them for all our window replacements and recommend them to all friends and family.
