Unity Enterprise Development

I called UnityEnterprises based on a recommendation from someone who was very complimentary of his work. The original quote was very low, lower than anything else I was seeing. However, when Anvar, the owner, came he was very forthright in saying that that was a mistake and explained why (he wasn't the one that did the original quote). Keep in mind this wasn't bait/switch and we were not in contract. It was a simple mistake and one that did make sense. He never pressured me to go with him, just told me the price and said he would draft the proposal if we were on the same page. His quote was fair for the work he was doing. He wasn't the most expensive and he wasn't the cheapest. He was very responsive to phone calls and emails. He provided his workmen's comp and liability insurance information and quickly added our condo association as "Additional Insured". It seems like others I had spoken to were either going to charge me to get extra insurance or wanted our condo to add THEM to OUR policy. Thanks to an Angie's List ariticle on the subject I knew better. This speaks to their professionalism and knowledge of their business. Overall, they did an excellent job! They were very thorough, on time, and got the job done within the week. Anvar would call with progress updates. He was willing to start earlier and stay later in order to complete the job quickly, but our Board rules require work only to be done between 9 and 5. It was one of the smoother projects I had worked on given the scope. These guys worked hard! In fact, our neighboring building saw the work being performed on our building, thought it was of great quality, and arrange for to do the same work on their building immediately following our project. Unity does a broad range of work, not just this. They work on much larger projects and have a lot of experience working with builders and developers. Anvar Nasirov is a licensed General Contractor. I would highly recommend Unity due to the quality of work, professionalism, broad range of skills, and straightforward and honest approach.
