Saturday night our unit would not cool anymore. Called Jim on Sunday and arranged for him to come Monday so that if a part needed to be ordered I wouldn't have to be charged for extra visit. My unit is over 15 years old if not 20 yrs and it had burnt out part that he actually had with him. I thought for sure no parts would be available and i would be looking at an unfixable unit, but Jim fixed it quickley. After he fixed it he went downstairs to check on the ancient furnace he fixed this winter and showed me how to clean the filter and when. Jim is professional and friendly. The total cost of the visit was under $300.
