They were great on the from end.  The floors are very pretty.  I can never keep them clean-the stain travels onto everyone's socks which i find quite embarrassing.  Have had them out multiple times to work on a solution and they don't care or blame the house cleaner or say that I use the wrong soap.  I use the soap they sold to me and follow all the instructions.  When my builder refused to pay them until we had a meeting to talk about the problems, they promptly put a lien on my house.  I wish I would shave never used them and look forward to having the time and money to replace my floors with a more honest and helpful vendor.

Signature's on time-on, on budget and high quality service met and  exceeded our every expectation for our home remodel.  We would highly recommend this company to any one that is interested in a new hardwood floor.  This product we quoted with a 12-16 week lead-time.   In 12 weeks it was installed.  After all painting and trim were completed they cam back and touched up the finsih and polished with hard wax.  It is beautiful and we expect to get many years of pleasure from having this in our home.
