We make it a point to answer any and all questions that our potential customers have on the phone so that we don't waste your time sending a technician out to your home for just a quote, and then having to reschedule another time for someone to come back and install. Our agents get as much information on the phone as they can about your security needs so that your home can be secured as quickly as possible. The reason we get the installation cost upfront is to simply hold the time slot to assure the technician will be at your home when you requested. Our process also includes the technician walking the customer through every piece of equipment and how to fully utilize the system before actually installing. If, at that point, the customer does not feel the system is right for them...the technician leaves and the installation cost is fully reimbursed. Again, I do apologize that our system did not fit your needs and I do hope that you were able to find one that does."
