John Russo has taken care of many jobs at my parents home, on a remodel job needing new plumbing but this time is was for my own home. I had paid someone else a great deal of money to refinish the lower level of my home and the work was done completely wrong. Russo's came in and made everything right, and at a price I couldn't believe for the amount of work that had to be done. Thanks John, we appreciate you and your crew!

Russo's found some piping issues with my past current water heater and he was the only one to pick up on it. He also was the only 1 to approach with the idea the the whole thing needed to be done the right way the 1st time and not just slap in a same sz heater and new valve. I needed the meter moved, which we had been debating on anyway so we could get in a bigger water heater. Made easy by also replacing the valve and adding another. My water closet looks much cleaner then it did before, very happy Russo's was easy to work with, busy schedule which means they seem to get more work then others. Passed inspection with flying colors. Very happy with the new water heater and piping that is now up to code. Thanks Russo's

He walked all through my home unasked for identifying other jobs that he thought I needed. He charged too much for a simple repair but offered to waive the charge if I hired him to fix a bunch of things that are working.
