The service was outstanding., they point out that I have a new car and that front strut was leaking and It should covered by the warranty and that I don't have nothing to pay for.

Despite the fact that it was my fault, they never judged me and were very fair with the price. We always bring our cars to Rolando's!

They we're beyond helpful, friendly and responsive. Cannot say enough how trustworthy and helpful they were. A++++

Made an appointment online, very easy process.  Work was done in promised timeframe.

We checked around and found that Rolando's had the best price for the new exhaust. They were very knowledgeable and offered several options, but never tried to up-sell or push any particular option. We dropped off the car at night and it was ready the next afternoon without any surprises, problems, or hassle. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.

So far so good but I am still using them so I can't tell you what they results are. It's fine. The quote process took about a week but given the problems involved, I think they delivered it fast enough.

I called several tire stores to mount a tire on my spare wheel, but they would only mount tires that they sold. Most gas stations no longer perform service work. I called Rolando's and, oiver 2 days, they mounted and balanced the a tire that I provided that had blown out, and then mounted and balanced the spare tire, which had been the wrong size. I brought the tires in and removed and installed them on the car myself. They were friendly, eager to please and did the work I requested, as opposed to trying to sell me something that I didn't want. Now they send me service reminders, but I have a regular mechanic, but he doesn't have tire equipment.

The car was making a lot of noise. It was a worn bearing or something like that. It took them a couple of days to figure it out but they fixed it. Their prices may be a little higher but they give value and back it up. I give them high ratings on all counts and would continue to use their services.
