I first contracted Robert for a deck repair and water line repair. I thought he did a good job. He s not as attentive to details. For what I paid I was expecting more. But overall satisfied that I asked if he could replace a faucet in my kitchen. He said yes. I sent him a picture of the faucet I wanted, and he told me that would not work. He sent me a pic of other models to which I found one that I felt was good. But not exactly what I wanted. But I was fine with it. As I was watching him remove the old faucet I knew I was in trouble... I saw Robert use an electric metal saw and saw thru the faucet... which meant there was metal bits flying all over the sink... scratched my counter top and bits fell thru the drain and clogged my garbage disposal. But he did get it out. The water pressure coming out is slow and is not the same. I don t feel this job is his strong suit. I will say that he always responded and is punctual. He did give me a refund. I would add make sure you get it in writing.

Robert was professional, detailed, knowledgeable, and did a spectacular job in the time promised.. We had an existing deck to which he extended and added a staircase. I will definitely ask him to do future projects!

He was punctual, very honest, a professional and he went above and beyond what was necessary. He was very reasonable on his pricing and he completed the work without any disruptions.

obviously wanted to quote all the work i needed to get done but was not qualified to do all of it. he may perform well enough on some projects and he did some carpentry work that turned out okay, but very poor quality on detail work. also, he badly damaged items he was said he could repair. now it will be very expensive to replace or repair them. regret hiring him.

Robert was prompt and did a very good job. His pricing was very reasonable. I will be having him back to Do some other jobs.

Robert was GREAT! I had a one day project ,,,and was so happy with his work that I gave him an additional 2 day project. Always on time and excellent follow up. He even gave me a few suggestions on paint color which I would have never tried..and they came out so nice! Super polite and cleaned up work space!

Carpet on my porch was preventing the exterior door from opening more than 12 or so inches. Robert patiently listened to my ideas for replacing a piece of carpet with... I don't know, something else maybe. He gently explained why my ideas wouldn't work, gave me a price to adjust the door, and we made an appointment. He appear on time, finished early, left the area neat, and was under budget. What more could you want?!

Impressed with Robert's work. He did a high quality repair work by fixing the toilet leak and also repaired the ceiling that had water spots. We hired this skilled person for another Project right away. Highly recommend.

Robert is just all around fantastic. I will use him again in a heart beat. The problem is that his work and personality is so great everyone will use him. I hope he still will have time for me.
