I had a very difficult time trying to get someone to return my calls and only after I started to get angry did I ever hear from someone. This was a referral from a family member, so I really tried to give the benefit of the doubt. We received one quote for $8000, and after 5 to 6 weeks, we finally decided to go ahead and try to get scheduled. Our quote was over 30 days old so he said he needed to send us a new one. When the new one arrived a week later the cost was almost doubled, at $15000. Naturally, we thought somewhere along the way a mistake had been made. I called Mr. Ranieri immediately to inquire about this second quote and we never, ever received a call back. I was not about to pay that to him and it was at that point that any possible professional relationship was terminated.
Description of Work: We were looking to have a patio paver put in. After two phone calls and 5 days later Mr. Ranieri finally returned my phone call and came to my home to offer a quote.
