I found them through Home Depot home services; they were at Home Depot when we were there so we scheduled a time for them to come over and do a home test and then show us the product. A day later we decided to choose them. The price was pretty expensive. What I liked was the quality of the water afterward and also the lifetime guarantee on the resins in the system; which is the primary thing that reduces hard water. There is a 10-year guarantee on the electronic computer system. If we move homes they will come in and move it to our new location for us. Other competitors did not offer as good a comprehensive package as RainSoft.
