Rick and his crew did an outstanding job!  The stuck to a strict schedule and the tight deadlines we had to get everything finished to our liking.  They met and exceeded out expectations with their quality craftsmanship and professionalism.  We were always briefed with progress updates and recommendations to our blueprints/plans.  We highly recommend 'Punch List ' as their attention to detail and superior work is clearly their primary focus in their drive to meet and exceed client expectations.  They are a 10 in our book and we look forward to working with them on a future project! Everything was above and beyond an A plus rating. He never disappointed me in anything. He came out with two other guys to do the work. He quoted me the price originally for 4 hours, but even when it took double the time that we originally contracted for, he stuck with that price! He even had to send out his guys to pick up more things like wiring and an outlet cover, but he never asked for another penny for any of that. A third flood light that did not work that was already on the garage wasn't even part of the original work, but they went above and beyond and fixed the wiring for me anyway. They fix several little things that were not part of the deal such as an outdoor outlet that had been holding on by the wiring and needed a new cover, but they quickly and efficiently fixed everything for me. They worked non stop without breaks. They were efficient, honest, and extremely kind to me. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to use them again.
