Prudential American Heritage Real Estate

Years ago we had met Jan Herron one of the r.e. agents at American Heritage doing an open house in the area.  We were very impressed by her and saved her business card.  Well the opportunity presented itself for us to purchase a new home and we knew instantly who we wanted to go with.  Jan Herron.  In spite of having friends who work in the r.e. business.  We told Jan what we were looking for and were quite specific.  Big, open floor plan, master bdrm suite, 3 bedrooms, full basement, great room, gourmet kitchen, 2-3 car garage, big private back yard, close to work, formal living and dining room etc.  Well we wound up finding one and put in an offer that was ultimately turned down due to a multiple bid.  But Jan told us "don't worry there is another out there for you two".   We continued looking at everything from houses w/old decor, mold, small rooms, far in distance, etc. . and could not find anything we liked.  Til one weekend (Sun evening) Jan was unavailable due to a wedding and I did not want to bother her.   But my husband saw a beauty of a house and wanted to see it since it had been off the market for a while and just was put bk. on.  Well we cld. Jan and she promptly got us into it. . We loved it. . All of what we were looking for and even somethings we did not bank on.  Jan worked w/the seller and negotiated us a fair price along with an easy closing date.  In spite of some repairs needed on the home we promptly closed about a month later.  Jan supported every move we made and made herself available all the time to us. . We had alot of laughs with Jan and never doubted for a moment we would get this house. . We plan on using Jan to list our previous home and have no doubt she will handle it exactly the same way. . We love Jan. . we recommend her to everyone we know. . She is a one in a million agent. .

We especially loved getting a holiday card with her and her husband dressed up like Elvis impersonators. . Just like Jan to do that. .
