Basement Waterproofing
STOYAN CAME TO MY HOUSE ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. HE IS VERY COMPETENT AND CREATIVE. HIS WORK IS VERY NEAT. HE KNOWS A LOT OF SPECIAL METHODS FOR GETTING A JOB DONE. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM HE RETURNS IMMEDIATELY TO INVESTIGATE. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE AND MOTIVATED. WHEN WE DISCOVERED A DEAD SEWER PIPE THAT ENTERS MY BASEMENT WAS LEAKING, HE BUILT A VISIBLE WALL OF 3 INJECTIONS & ANOTHER MATERIAL TO FIX IT. HE IS COMPETENT IN MANY AREAS, BUT ESPECIALLY WATERPROOFING. HIS CAULKING IS VERY PRECISE AND HE HAS ALL THE COLORS. HE SEALED MY ENTRIES TO THE DRAIN TILE AROUND THE DOWNSPOUT IN A GOLF CLUB SHAPE, SO IF IT HAS TO CRACKED OPEN AGAIN, IT WON'T FALL INTO THE TILES & CLOG THE SEWAGE SYSTEM.
