Left them 2 voicemails and spoke to them 3 times at which they promised they would send a person each time. Till now 4 weeks after initial reporting he problem nothing happened.  
Had their customer service team confirm they have on t heir notes about the problem. They did have notes. Informed them it was dangerous and family members are getting bit. Still no service from them. Visits have been scheduled and yet no one comes and no one calls.
Horrible service  and would never recommend them to anyone

Just one person came out to put down all the traps, it took him only about half an hour.  They did a good job, they're usually pretty effective. You should expect good and punctual service.

They were the only company of several we called that would come out same day. They would only come out and treat the problem, however, if we agreed to a contract of 6 or more treatments. We did not want to but needed service.
They did come and spray ants. We did not want any more service after that. 
The serviceman showed up unexpectedly 2x and wanted to spray inside. He claimed that he tried to call yet we have no record of that. 
We called Orkin and asked them not to come or bill us anymore as we did NOT want any more service. Their response was, "We will come anyway and bill you until the contract ends". We said we will pay the fee to break the contract. 
They would not respond to this and continue to bill. We don't even know if they ever actually have treated or spray for insects after the first/original treatment.
Poor customer service, communication and unscrupulous business practices. One of the highest fees for service of competing businesses.
Would not use or recommend to anyone.

They are very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.

Orkin has serviced my property sine 2006 through present and has always been prompt, courteous and highly effective.  Pest control (ants, wasps, mice, etc.)

They put you on a quarterly program or a yearly program where they come out 4 times during the warmer months to spray your home with general pesticides to keep the pests away since we live in a wooded area. My overall experience with them was good. Their responsiveness was pretty good too.

They are very quick. Once they know the layout of the building their application is very quick in the building. They are willing to come back as needed. If I call them today they will come back and take care of it today. They are very knowledgeable about bugs. They have actually caught a couple of bugs and battled them. When I showed the bugs to the person who was applying the product he looked at it and identified it immediately. They understand their business. They are pretty reliable. When they say they are going to be there within a certain time frame they are there within that time frame. Sometimes they have called us and said that they have cancellations and asked us if they could come down as they were in the same neighborhood. They come out a day or 2 early. They call in advance and see if it’s a possibility for them to come out. Anytime we have asked them to treat an extra area they have never backed out from doing it. They come out every other month. It’s already set up in the system. They put you at ease when they are doing their work. We had questions about what was being sprayed and what kinds of bugs we were having. They were good at answering them. They told us what to look for and what would happen. Their description was accurate as far as what was going to transpire.

They spray inside and outside the house, and it takes them about 10 minutes. They call you and let you know when they are going to come over. The experience with them has been okay, and their prices are okay too, although their quality of work can be better.

They've been great. They're prompt and always on time. If they say 8 o'clock hes here at 8.

They were neat, clean, careful of the plantings and we believe did an excellent job.

We needed a service to come and take control of our mice issue. They were very prompt and placed poison in the areas of concern. I would have liked them to try to helps us figure out how the mice got in so that we can prevent this in the future but that did not happen. Otherwise, we were pleased.

PHENOMENAL. THEY HAVE HIGHER PRICES, BUT ORKIN HAS THEIR REPUTATION FOR A REASON. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SIMPLY CANNOT BE BEAT. THE SAME MAN ALWAYS COMES TO MY HOUSE EACH TIME, HE CALLS AHEAD TO BE SURE THE TIME IS OK, HE IS PROFESSIONAL, TRUSTWORTHY, AND RESPECTFUL. WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT HAVING TREATMENTS DONE EVERY MONTH DURING THE SUMMER, THEY SCHEDULED THEM AT NO EXTRA COST. BECAUSE I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER, I RECEIVED THOSE TWO EXTRA MONTHS FREE. BASICALLY, ONCE YOU ARE ON BOARD WITH THEM, THEY'LL DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. WHENEVER I SEE ONE BUG, I JUST CALL UP SAM (MY ORKIN MAN) AND HE COMES TO TAKE CARE OF IT (IN ADDITION TO MY REGULAR PREVENTION TREATMENTS).

WE AGREED TO A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR ONE YEAR. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP FOR THE SECOND VISIT LAST WEEK. NO SHOW. NO CALL. I CALLED AND THEY RE-SCHEDULED. NO SHOW. NO CALL. I CALLED AGAIN, READY TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT, AND THE REP BEGGED ME TO GIVE THEM ONE MORE CHANCE BECAUSE HE WAS 'NEW' AND STILL LEARNING HIS ROUTE. WE RE-SCHEDULED AGAIN. NO SHOW. NO CALL. NEED I SAY MORE?DON'T BOTHER. I'M GOING BACK TO MY OLD COMPANY OUT OF GLEN ELLYN. I DON'T KNOW WHY I CHANGED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
