All went as expected. I requested an after 2pm appointment and tech arrived at 2:45pm.  Tech spent about an hour looking and working on the door.  He recommended I consider new rollers, $13 ea, and my door needed 12.  I said probably the next servicing I would replace.  I also mentioned my opener was not responding well the last several months.  Tech asked if I had swapped out the opener's light bulb.  I had, with an CFL type bulb.  He recommended an incandescent bulb.  I swapped and it relieved the problem.

The door and opener were ordered and installed within a week.  Ran into a hiccup with the existing door on the weekend and they came right over and helped me get the car out of the garage until the new door came in.

We used him and were very satisfied. He was very thorough in explaining the price when he first came out. He gave us the options of the new garage door that we purchased. He was very informative. He gave us a lot of documentation for if the backup failed. He was very prompt, he always returned our calls. He delivered, he actually installed the garage door very well. We are very happy with it. It is a very close match to what we had and it is working fine. Very informative, very dependable, very efficient.
