Hired to do a repeat job to copy previous decorative window they did 5 yrs prior. After submitting credit card they charged full amount instead of 50% down without receiving back a signed scheduled contract and thereafter proceeded to re-charge thousands again a 3rd time after having a paid in full invoice. When I called to let them know, I was laughingly told “No we did NOT charge you again” as I’m looking at 3 charges of thousands on my account. Basically called a liar, not given an apology for thousands in overcharge assuring you fix, but instead told to calm down and don’t raise my voice. Took weeks to resolve never receiving apology and ended up canceling and hiring someone else. Would never recommend.
