THE DRIVE FOR 200,000 ALLIANCE, Merlin’s rewards program, provides “real cash” which is accrued on every service that can be redeemed for tire and vehicle DRIVE FOR 200,000 maintenance packages. A customized eGarage is provided for each customer that tracks their vehicle service history, provides coupons, service reminders, and monthly emails featuring driving news and tips. Merlin Shops offer shuttle service to your home or work and provide free repair estimates. The service menu contains all the maintenance and repair your vehicle needs to go 200,000 miles and beyond, and every service includes a complimentary 20 Point Vehicle Inspection. A neighbor recommended them as he had used them several times. My vehicle is now 7 years old so I don't need to take to the dealership to maintain any warranties, etc. I'd like to keep my vehicle for a few more years but don't want to pay unnecessary repair bills either. I was due for an oil change so I thought why not try them. The customer service was superb. While doing the oil change they did discover that I had a gasket leaking oil on my engine. While they explained that this would result in future issues they didn't push me to have the service done that day and they didn't sell me on any filters, etc like another chain tried to do the last time I had an oil change. Interesting as the filters weren't changed last time by the other company and nothing was said this time. If they were so dirty then, wouldn't they be even worse now?



I did opt to go ahead and have the gasket work done as I was free to wait (though they did offer to drive me home) and I knew my schedule would get crazy. In fact it has - I have meant to write this review and simply haven't found the time to do so. I'd like to also mention while I was waiting another customer came in and they gave a couple of options to fix his problem -- one more expensive and one less. The owner, in fact, encouraged him to go with the least expensive option. That sure wouldn't happen many places! I plan to return and continue to recommend to others.

They will look for coupons for you to use. Their service is the best. Their prices are reasonable. They are courteous. They will drive you home and pick you up. They gave me a $100 gift card the first time I went there. They gave a rebate for my tires. I highly recommend them to others.
