The initial conversations on the phone were very good and informative. Showed up on time and worked efficiently.
Was done quickly after just one hour. The carpet cleaned alright, but the sofas were not properly cleaned at all as we expected it. As he stated to us he just used a wet vacuum system, which didn't take care of the dog hair and even left other dirt particles behind. He took the check and left quickly. After we looked at the sofa and found all the unclean areas we called him. Initially he got very defensive. Later he called back and said he would reimburse us the fee for cleaning the sofa. It is now two weeks later and he never did reimburse us and tries to get a hold of him have been unsuccesfull. He is either not picking up the phone or tells us not to contact him anymore. From our point of view these are very questionable business practices especially since he is stating "100% customer satisfaction".

Update 8/7/13: Just saw the providers response. At the day of service we were handed two business cards by the provider on site with the advise to contact either one, since they are both owned by the same individual. Your experience with Kwik Klean maybe better than ours.

Bob was FANTASTIC!  He arrived ON TIME, surveyed the areas to be cleaned, explained what he would be doing, and quickly got to work.  He definitely is an EXPERT IN HIS FIELD!  He was able to remove several stains (including make-up in my daughter's bedroom) and got heavily travelled areas clean.  He applied stain protector as well.  His NEW equipment extracted most of the water. He also placed high-efficiency fans throughout the house to help the carpets dry.  Bob is extremely fair with his pricing--definitely got my money's worth!  Kwik Klean is a professional company worth your business!

Bob, the owner was very responsive.  He scheduled me within a week of my call. Gave me an estimate over the phone and stuck to that price - 100%. He showed up on time, was very professional, surveyed the carpet, explained what he was going to do and did it! He got out the pet urine stains and also an unknown dark stain we'd had for a couple years.  He also gave me some inexpensive tips for handling the pet stains in the future. I will use his company again.

Excellent results were obtained for a worn carpet that hadn't had a professional cleaning in five years. Removed several food and dirt stains (we have no pets) that spot removers couldn't handle. The professional was considerate to call before arriving a bit early, was friendly and efficient. Included a bottle of spot remover to keep on hand.

The owner does the work and is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his projects. He came out very quickly (morning after basement flooded late at night). He came out several more time without extra charge to check on the status of the carpet as it dried. Carpet was just 1 year old at time of flood and now still looks great. No odor is present as of this time. Service was performed last fall.
