awesome, they're gone after one application

Came out immediately and did entire house. We've used them before in our old house and have always been pleased with the results of their work. Never any pressure to be put on a monthly plan like most others. No over-sell and never have had to call them back. Took care of the entire house inside and out.

You speak directly with the owners when you call. Service appointment was fast and efficient. Technician came the same day, explained the problem, serviced the home, and gave clear follow-up instructions. Their techs seem to stay with the company, a good sign.

They were on time and very professional .  I would use them again.

I’ve used them many times.  I bought a new house but it was not treated before.  They have done that over the years, like I have my house treated once a year.  They are really good and professional.  They keep all the bugs out of the house.

I had discovered a hole in the foundation of the house.  After the hold was closed, the workman recommended the precaution of getting checked by an  exterminator.  I had heard of Int'l. before, checked them out to compare costs for similar services by other exterminators, found them to be reasonable.  Both the person who took my call and the one who came to the house were most pleasant, efficient, and good at explaining everything.  I highly recommend them.

II am satisfied with my experience with International Exterminator Company since the yellow jackets are gone.

I have used International 3 times, and they are fantastic. This year, the first time I called, Wayne made some recommendations as to how we might fight the psocids ourselves (he thought paying for an exterminator might be overkill - so appreciated!). Unfortunately, the bugs were too smart for us. I called back and he scheduled us very quickly. Tom arrived on time, explained how and why the psocids are entering our home, sprayed inside and out, and also sprayed for yellow jackets when I mentioned the issue. What I LOVE about International is how knowledgeable they are about pests and pest control - they clearly are passionate about their work. I am always comfortable calling them, and, without fail, they address pest issues quickly and completely!

They came in and it looks like they did a pretty good job. I'm happy with the work they've done. They said in the Spring they would be able to go out and spray around the foundation.

I have asthma and so, they were really sensitive to know that I didn't want poison in my house. I have used them for years. They are wonderful. They are coming again next week. If you have them back in less than four months, then they charge you a very small rate to come out the second time. I spent about $173 for the last service and I think the follow up is maybe $55. The reason why I use them is because I really don?t want pesticides in my house. They do a lot of work with hospitals. They were very sensitive to my needs and the guy who comes out is wonderful. He is really personable. My overall experience with them has been fabulous and great. They explained everything. They explained how mice came in. They were very conscious that they were in somebody else?s house. So, I like them a lot. I have no idea about the price because I have never used another company. Their quality is excellent. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The person from International Exterminator Co was quick to get rid of the ants. He was very pleasant. The price was a bit high.

International is a great company. I have used them before. I called to explain I had bees in the bricks of my home. I gave a description of where they were going into the bricks. Wayne said I did not have to be home for them to treat the problem--I would not have to leave work. Since I had used them before, he would just mail me a bill. Jim came out and treated the nest. He called me at work and explained there would be activity for a few more days as the treatment would work on bees returning to the nest. The bees are now gone. I completely recommend this company. They are professional and extremely helpful and fair.

We called, they answered, gave an immediate estimate of $198 and didn't deviate from the price. In fact, they not only did around our house and in our house, but the entire yard! The guy was friendly, professional and fast! They did what they said they would do. They gave us 2 years and we were so happy just to have the ants gone the very first day. As an added bonus, the stuff even killed spiders and didn't harm our plants, grass, or our cats. The price was wonderful considering the size of our house and our yard. These guys rule! They rock! We love them! Will definitely call them again.

They are such a great company. They do commercial and residential. I have always had top notch service. I thought the price was reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves. They were prompt and courteous. They offer free recall if it doesn't solve the problem. I have never had to do that.

Very well. He showed up on time, was very professional and made sure he covered all the surfaces, taking extra care when spraying around out furniture. He even took care of some of the carpenter ant mounds we have in our front yard. This is a return business as we've used this company once before. They did such a good job the first time and kept the bugs out of the house, we wanted them to come back when it is time to spray again.

The workers at International Exterminator did the best job. They were very punctual and knowledgeable. They were very responsible. They did what they promised. They charged what they quoted. It was a great experience. I have no complaints and I would definitely use them again.

They placed plastic boxes in the basement and garage so if anything comes in, it is take care of. They come every other spring or fall. After the initial problem, I have never had another. They are very informative, and educate you about the problem. They are very professional, and answer all of my questions. They have reasonable pricing, and I would use them again.

Very good work. We have not had ants anywhere they have sprayed. We did get a new infestation in a different place in the house several months later, and they came back quickly and did another wonderful job. He even got rid of a wasp nest I didn't know I had. I have several pets - dogs and small critters - and the insecticide they use is not harmful to them at all.
