Door Service
- Were immediately informed that they "forgot" to include glass for the doors in the quote, and the price would be 30% higher. We needed the project completed and chose to still move forward. - Original quote was 3 week lead time. After 4 weeks without communication, we followed up to determine status and were told installation would not occur until mid-July (11 weeks) - Industrial door again missed this deadline and did not attempt installation until early August (15 weeks). - During installation, they discovered that they measured incorrectly and the doors would not fit and would have to be re-machined. Exceptionally poor experience with this company. Avoid at all costs. - Final installation occurred in mid-september (19 weeks) Our experience with this company is that in addition to lacking professional skills like communication and accurate proposals, they lack the craftsmanship to do something as basic as replace a door on the first try.
