They were great I thought everything was great about them. I had a good experience with the installers.

Purchased carpeting for my family room and bedroom - The crew removed my old carpet and pad and installed a plush wall to wall carpet.  The workers were very efficient and did a great job with the installation.

The carpeting, we bought it from Home Depot. Basically they did a quality job. The installers were very professional. I did have a little bit of an issue with the installers. They did not want to take away the old carpeting because it was too badly stained and I needed to replace the carpeting because our dogs messed it up and because it was urine odor in the carpet, they said they could not take it. I had to renegotiate an installation price. The last part wasn't something that is good or bad it was something for somebody to be aware of upfront. They handled themselves very professionally on it. They were very willing to renegotiate the price, so that was a very good part that they were willing to renegotiate at that point. It took a little longer than I thought it would and it was simply the order shipping and not the installation. The order took much longer.

My new dishwasher stopped working after 13 months. I had purchased a warranty from Home Depot for $80.00, due to the fact that it was a floor model. The repair man came to inspect the dishwasher within one week, ordered the parts needed, and came back to complete the repairs one week later. There were no additional costs for parts or service, and the dishwasher works just like new!

The overall experience was good.

The experience was awful! They showed no interest in assisting the customer. No flexibility. No concern. They ask if there are any delivery instructions & none of that information ever gets sent. There is a reason why they give a rebate (if you ever get it after 8-10 weeks) for the delivery, because the service is so pathetic that they can't get away with charging for it.

THE WOMAN WHO HELPED US OUT IN THE FLOORING DEPARTMENT WAS VERY NICE, BUT DEFINITELY NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT FLOORING. WHEN WE ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT DIFFERENT TYPES OF WOOD, STAINS, ETC. WE WERE GREETED MOSTLY WITH A BLANK STARE AND A "I'M NOT SURE." WE WERE NOT WILLING TO SPEND SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY WHEN DEALING WITH SOMEONE WITH SO LITTLE EXPERTISE. THIS HOME DEPOT IS GREAT FOR BUYING MINOR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, BUT PROBABLY NOT IDEAL FOR LARGE HOUSEHOLD PROJECTS.

THE SALESPERSON WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. LIKED SERVICES PROVIDED AND THE MANNER OF DEALING WITH ME. SUBCONTRACTORS WERE PROMPT AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. CLEAN UP WAS DECENT TOO. I WAS SATISFIED.
