Handsome Cabinets, Inc

After a flood in my residence and a gut job of my kitchen a friend recommended Handsome for my cabinets. Going to their showroom and dealing with Edyta was awesome. She was very helpful and professional and I made quite a few changes along the way from my initial visit to final order. Then comes the bad customer service with their warehouse. The guy running their warehouse should not be running a dog house. He is TERRIBLE! He never called me on the day of delivery and I had to place three calls to him. He then proceeded to tell me to call the driver ... SERIOUSLY? The driver, Adam, was awesome and should be commended if he has to deal with this clown every day. I then tried calling when one of my cabinets was noted back ordered on my delivery and he had never notified me. Of course, he didn't answer when I tried calling twice. I then had to call the showroom this morning and talk to Edyta who will make sure I have said cabinet Monday for my installation. George ... I hope you read these and get rid of this guy.

The quality was commensurate with the price. What impressed us the is their service. All companies assist with design but Handsome was willing to spend a lot of time helping. When we called they responded without delay. Tom and George are problem solvers. The cabinets were delivered well before installation. During installation, it was discovered that the advertised dimensions of microwave were larger than stated and did not fit our cabinet. Tom and George is solving the problem by building a new cabinet. We had an issue installing the slide rails for the pull-out shelves. Tom came to our home and installed them, no charge. Price wise, they're very competitive. As for customer service, they are tops.

They are shadey and have no sense of how to run a business... I called no less than 8 times trying to get them to call me back, we went out there to finalize the design and make sure we were on the same page. The didn't send the quote for 3 weeks after that, and I called at least 5 times in between. When I got the quote, they subed in 36" cabinets even though I clearly asked for 42 and there were 4 missing cabinets from the design. Then they wanted me to come in again...but then never returned my calls (even though messages are left with an employee each time...not a machine). They really F at customer service and follow up. Also while the price looked very low at first... I soon realize that they were missing cabinets from the design...so that would explain the lower cost. DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS! I paid about $1500 more elsewhere because I refused to take the risk of ordering with them given that they failed every other task in the first 2 months of working with them.
