 + -1 moreDON"T SIGN THE CONTRACT WITHOUT TERMINATION CLAUSE. In fact, don't sign it at all, they'll provide service anyway. They've been doing a bad job lately so I went to cancel service and hire someone else who would provide more for less money. When I called to cancel they simply said 'we just don't do that'. The kicker is that since there is no cancellation clause then we are stuck with them for 5 years. Thanks MC
