ELITE BLIND DESIGN IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY KIM AND DAN MCQUINN. I FOUND THIS FAMILY BUSINESS WHEN I RED AN ARTICLE WRITTEN BY KIM MIKUS OF THE DAILY HERALD. ELITE BLIND DESIGN WAS FEATURED IN THIS ARTICLE ABOUT LOCAL BUSINESSES. KIM CAME TO MY HOME AND MEASURED MY WINDOWS. SHE NEVER PRESSURED ME TO BUY, AND SPENT MANY HOURS HELPING ME WITH IDEAS. I HAD JUST MOVED IN, AND ALL WINDOWS NEEDED TREATMENTS. KIM CAME SEVERAL TIMES, SO I DID NOT HAVE TO MAKE ANY QUICK DECISIONS. KIM'S HUSBAND, DAN, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE INSTALLATION. DAN WAS VERY METICULOUS, AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS INSTALLED TO MY SATISFACTION, AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE DOING BUSINESS WITH KIM AND DAN. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE DECORATING MY HOME WAS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS DECORATING THEIR OWN HOME. I ALSO HAD A PROBLEM WITH ONE CELLULAR SHADE AND THEY CAME BACK, TOOK IT DOWN, AND I RECEIVED A NEW SHADE.
